1 · What Jelly Player is
Jelly Player is a general-purpose media player. It plays playlists that you supply — M3U or M3U8 links and files from any provider you choose — and moves your own playlists between your devices with a sync code. The app treats every playlist the same way, regardless of where it came from.
Jelly Player does not include, provide, host, sell, index, recommend or endorse any television channels, streams, EPG data or other content. We have no affiliation with any content provider or playlist source, we don't know or review the sources behind the links you add, and we have no ability to add, remove or restore any channel.
When you play a channel, your device connects directly to the server named in your playlist. Stream traffic never passes through our servers.
2 · License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own, subject to these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play you installed it from. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement in your country, or have a parent or guardian's consent. Don't reverse-engineer the app, resell it, or use it to build a competing service on our infrastructure.
3 · Accounts & sync
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in method secure — actions taken through your account are yours. One subscription covers up to 2 devices; unlinking is available in Settings, limited to 5 unlinks per 30 days to prevent account sharing abuse.
4 · Subscriptions & payments
- Premium unlocks features of the player — unlimited playback on channels your playlist marks as VIP, favorites, custom groups, hidden channels and a second device. It never adds channels or content: everything you can watch still comes from your own playlists.
- All purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends — cancellation happens in your store account settings, not in the app.
- Refunds follow the store's refund policy; we cannot issue them directly.
- The free tier's VIP preview (10 minutes per VIP channel per day) is a courtesy and may change.
5 · Acceptable use
Don't use Jelly Player to infringe copyright, redistribute or re-stream content, probe or overload the infrastructure of any provider, or violate any applicable law. Complying with the laws of your country — including copyright law and any rules on IPTV use — is your responsibility, not ours. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or violation of these terms.
6 · Your content & third-party providers
Playlists, names, icons and groups you create remain yours. Ticket messages you send us may be used to resolve your issue and improve the product, in line with the Privacy Policy.
Playlist providers are third parties with no relationship to us. Their service, pricing, uptime, quality, legality and content are entirely their responsibility, and any question or dispute about what a playlist contains belongs with the provider — not with us. Jelly Player's role ends at playing what you give it.
7 · Copyright notices
Because Jelly Player hosts, stores and distributes no streams, we have no technical ability to remove, block or disable any channel. If you are a rights holder and believe a stream infringes your rights, please contact the party hosting that stream. If you believe the app itself — its code, artwork or text — infringes your rights, write to legal@jellyplayer.app and we'll respond promptly.
8 · Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our team and our partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, fine or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the playlists you add, the content you access through the app, or your breach of these terms.
9 · Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard on reliability — backup sources, auto-failover, humans on support — but we can't guarantee that any particular stream will play, stay available or be lawful to watch, since streams come from your providers, not from us.
10 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the content, availability, legality or quality of any playlist or stream; for any action taken against you by a rights holder, provider, platform or authority; for lost data caused by third-party providers; or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
11 · Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
12 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
13 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Jelly Player's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought before the courts of that country. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live still apply, and nothing here limits them.
