About us

The player we always wanted

A small team, entirely too much live sport, and one pink jellyfish.

What Jelly is

Jelly Player is a friendly IPTV player for iOS and Android. You bring a playlist — an M3U or M3U8 link, or a file from your provider — and Jelly turns it into something pleasant to watch: clean channel lists, a sport schedule with reminders, and streams that switch to a backup source before you have time to sigh.

One thing we're not: a content provider. Jelly ships with zero channels. What you watch comes entirely from playlists you add, and staying legal with them is on you — the Terms spell it out. We just make the player part excellent.

Why a jellyfish?

IPTV apps tend to look like spreadsheets from 2009. We wanted the opposite — something you'd be happy to open every evening. The jellyfish became our mascot because it does exactly what the app does: it drifts along quietly, tentacles everywhere (one per backup source, if you like), and it glows in the dark. Pink, obviously.

That personality is matched with discipline: the interface is neutral dark so your eyes rest on the video, and pink is reserved for things you can tap and things that are live. Cute where it counts, quiet everywhere else.

What we believe

No hoops

Open the app, paste a link, watch. No account wall, no setup wizard, no preview screens between you and your channels. How it works.

Private by default

Playlists are encrypted and stay on your device. Signing in is optional, email is optional, and payments never touch our servers. Read the policy.

Honest monetization

The free tier is genuinely useful. Premium is priced per day, discounts are real percentages, and we stop asking after a "no". See pricing.

Humans on support

Tickets are answered by people, usually within 24 hours. No chatbots pretending, no FAQ maze before you can reach us. Open a ticket.

The team

We're a small team of engineers and designers who watch entirely too much live sport. Jelly started as a weekend fix for our own flaky playlists and grew into the player we always wanted to exist.
