No. Jelly Player is a media player. It doesn't provide, sell or host any channels or streams — you add your own playlists from your provider, and you're responsible for having the rights to the content you watch. The Terms spell this out.
M3U and M3U8 — as links or files — plus Jelly sync codes (JLY-XXXX). Paste any of them into the same box and the app figures out the format by itself, including EPG and user-agent when your playlist provides them. Jelly is provider-agnostic: a playlist in these formats works no matter which provider it came from.
A label that comes from your own playlist — a group or tag your provider marks as VIP or premium. Jelly doesn't supply VIP channels or any other channels. Premium simply removes the 10-minute daily limit the player applies to them.
